Difor er mange svar bra for alle
Spørjeundersøkjinga handlar om korleis du synst det er å bu og leva i Lærdal kommune, kor nøgd du er med dei kommunale tenestene - med meir.
Dei aller fleste spørsmåla har svaralternativ i form av avkryssing som går på kor nøgd eller misnøgd du er med ulike tenester og tilbod i lokalsamfunnet. Nokre spørsmål vil dermed kjennast meir relevante for ein sjølv enn andre spørsmål - så ein svarar utifrå det inntrykket ein har, og kan alltids svara “Veit ikkje” på spørsmål som verkar veldig irrelevant.
Litt avhengig av kor mykje ein vurderer spørsmåla vil dei fleste bruka 5-10 minuttar på undersøkjinga.
Dei samla resultata til Lærdal vil bli samanlikna med andre kommunar av lik storleik og ein vil dermed kunne sjå korleis innbyggjarane i Lærdal opplever kommunen samanlikna med like store kommunar. Desse resultata vil koma fram av ein rapport som blir tilgjengeleg for alle.
Resultata vil vera nyttige for arbeidet med både samfunnsdelen av kommuneplanen og korleis Lærdal kommune elles jobbar for å utvikla tenestene og lokalsamfunnet framover.

Engelsk versjon og opne kontordagar
For at språk i minst mogleg grad skal vera ein barriere for å delta har me fått laga spørjeundersøkjinga på engelsk også. Ein velgjer engelsk versjon når ein opnar undersøkjinga.

Om ein ønskjer å få rettleiing ved oppmøte, blir det opne kontordagar torsdag 16. november frå kl. 10-14 og onsdag 22.november frå kl. 14-17. Då møter ein opp på Rådhuset og ringjer til Ramshus Sælthun når ein er her eller i nærleiken, eventuelt vender seg til Servicesentralen når den er open (mellom kl. 10 og 14).

Kvifor vart eg ikkje invitert til å delta?
- Me trekk eit tilfeldig utval frå innbyggjarane som er folkeregistrert i Lærdal kommune, for å få eit representativt utval. Det vil seia at me helst skal ha ei jamn fordeling av folk av forskjellig alder og kjønn, der fordelinga mellom aldersgruppene og kjønna er representativ, altså ganske lik, den me har i Lærdal kommune elles.
Korleis har de fått tak i telefonnummeret mitt?
- Telefonnummeret ditt har blitt henta frå Folkeregisteret. Det er herifrå dei med bustadadresse i Lærdal kommune har blitt valt ut for å delta og er over 18 år.
Kvifor vart eg invitert til å delta sjølv om eg har reservert meg mot telefonsal?
- Spørjeundersøkingar og opinionsmålingar har ein ikkje same moglegheit for å reservera seg mot, då dei er av allmenn interesse. Sjå Brønnøysundregisteret sine sider for meir info.
Eg bur ikkje i Lærdal kommune, kan eg likevel delta?
- Målgruppa for deltakarar er personar som bur i Lærdal kommune. Dersom du er folkeregistrert i Lærdal, men likevel ikkje bur i kommunen, kan du sjå bort ifrå spørjeundersøkinga.

This week, many people who live in Lærdal will receive a survey by SMS about what it is like to live in Lærdal. We hope as many as possible will respond.
A randomly drawn selection of the residents of Lærdal will receive an SMS from the sender "Laerdal Kom" one of the next few days. This SMS contains an invitation to participate in the survey, and there is a personal link to participate - so that we know that only residents of Lærdal municipality can answer the questions.
Therefore, the link contains 12 random characters at the end. The link is safe to click on and is sent out by Sentio Research on behalf of Lærdal municipality. To the best for everyone
The survey is about how you think it is to live in Lærdal, how satisfied you are with the municipal services - and more. The vast majority of the questions have an answer option in the form of a tick that let you consider how satisfied or dissatisfied you are with various services and offers in the local community. Depending on how much you consider the questions, most people will spend 5-10 minutes on the survey.
The overall results for Lærdal will be compared with other municipalities of the same size and one will thus be able to see how the residents of Lærdal experience the municipality compared with municipalities of the same size.
These results will appear in a report that will be available to everyone. The results will be useful for the work with both the community part of the municipal plan and how Lærdal municipality otherwise works to develop the services and the local community onward.

FAQ
Why wasn't I invited to participate?
- We draw a random sample from the residents registered in Lærdal municipality, in order to obtain a representative sample. This means that we should preferably have an even distribution of people of different ages and genders, where the distribution between the age groups and genders is representative, i.e. quite similar to what we have in Lærdal municipality otherwise.
How did they get hold of my phone number?
- Your telephone number has been retrieved from the National Register. From this, those with a residential address in Lærdal municipality have been selected to participate if they are over 18 years of age.
Why was I invited to participate even though I have reserved myself for telephone commercial?
- One has not the same opportunities to reserve against surveys and opinion polls as against commercdial, as they are of general interest. See the Brønnøysund register's pages for more info.
I don't live in Lærdal municipality, can I still participate?
- The target group for participants is people who live in Lærdal municipality. If you are registered in Lærdal, but still do not live in the municipality, you can disregard the survey.
